bio

After graduating with my BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Oklahoma, I moved to NYC, working in and out of the city both on Broadway and in Regional Theatre.
I then moved to a smaller market closer to family, and relocated to the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, where I discovered my love for teaching. I began teaching in 2009, and have taught in some capacity, both in the public and private sector ever since.
In 2015, I decided to pursue my dream of getting an MFA in Acting from Southern Methodist University. After graduating in 2018, we moved to the Houston area where I taught in Katy ISD, and enjoyed being a part of the incredible HTX theatre scene.
When the pandemic hit in 2020, we were blessed to hear from a good Sooner friend about a job in West Fort Worth at All Saints' Episcopal School, where I am now teaching theatre in the Upper School. I'm excited to be back in the DFW theatre scene with my first show back coming up in September 2021 at Circle Theatre.
I have taught master classes in acting and breath work, undergraduate courses in beginning acting, as well as high school theatre for 9 years.
My greatest passion however is being a daddy to my two beautiful daughters, Eleanor and Ruby, and husband to my lovely wife, Lindsay.
